These terms describe the text messages sent through Wagonward. Wagonward is a service that moving companies use to reply to people who request a moving quote or call them. Messages are sent in the name of the moving company you contacted.
What these messages are
When you request a moving quote from, or call, a moving company that uses Wagonward, you may receive text messages from that company about your request. Messages may ask about your move, such as your move date, locations and home size, help schedule a call with the company, and follow up if you haven't replied. These are conversational messages about your quote request, not advertising.
Consent
You agree to receive these messages when you submit a quote request that includes your mobile number and consent to be texted, or when you call or text the moving company and choose to continue the conversation by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
How often you'll get messages
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Typically you'll get replies to your own messages, plus up to five follow-up messages over about seven days if you don't respond. Follow-ups stop when you reply, book, or opt out. Messages are sent at reasonable hours in your local time zone.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent from that number. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To start again, reply START.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Wagonward and the moving company do not charge you for these messages.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Automated assistant
Messages may be written by an automated assistant on behalf of the moving company. If you ask whether you are talking to a person, the assistant will tell you, and you can ask to speak with someone from the company at any time.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
